The United Kingdom (UK) Government has announced changes to its Visa and Immigration Rules and regulations.
This will take effect from Tuesday October 1, 2019.

A policy paper seen by Guruspoint entitled ‘Statement of changes of the Immigration Rules’, covered categories including individual, families, organisation European and Non-European countries’ citizens.

This is a mean issue and it’s effect is scheduled to start not far than 1st October 2019.

It noted that Tier 2 (General) allows UK companies to sponsor non-European Economic Area (EEA) nationals to work in skilled roles in the United Kingdom. It is subject to an annual limit of 20,700 places, divided into monthly allocations.

The government stressed that the main changes that employers should be aware of include the following: Ph.D.-level roles will be removed from the Tier 2 (General) annual quota and therefore will not require a restricted certificate of sponsorship.

The government of United kingdom also made this known to the public especially the citizens or workers of UK in early time so they don’t get annoyed or feel disappointed for late information or the changes.

This sparkling changes has been officiallt made and confirmed to apply or start take it’s effect as  from 1 October 2019, and will free up places in the monthly allocation process for other skilled roles that contribute to the economy of the country.

The paper said Tier 2 Ph.D.-level migrants undertaking research overseas directly linked to their employment may do so without this absence being “counted” for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) applications. The same applies for dependent partners accompanying them.

Meanwhile, The Home Office has expanded the shortage occupation list (SOL) as recommended by the Migration Advisory Committee (MAC) earlier this year to include a range of skilled occupations.

Occupations that have been added to the list include but not limited to veterinarians, architects, and web designers. People in these occupations coming to work in the United Kingdom will now receive priority in securing a Tier 2 work visa, over occupations not on the SOL list. The new SOL will be in place from 6 October, 2019.

The paper added. “Tier 2 migrants will not be penalised if they are absent from work due to sickness, statutory parental leave, assisting in a national or international humanitarian or environmental crisis, or engaging in legal strike action. The changes mean that Tier 2 migrants will not be refused ILR if such absence causes their salary to fall below the required threshold.”

“EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS); This is the immigration category under which EEA and Swiss nationals and their family members will be required to apply in order to stay in the United Kingdom after December 2020.

This move by the UK government is such a tempting one, but the citizens have to adhere to it in order to enable peace and promote the spirit of sportsmanship.

The worker of UK and the allocations allocated them will not for much limited or reduced, and some other occupations added newly by the state will also be effective and generously implemented.

The UK government has also sound it as a trumpet blow to the citizens in the country that the state will go to all level and do everything possible to make sure the laws made by the state is properly effective.

NOTE: This is applicable to everyone from any other country who wants to migrate to UK ” United Kingdom “.
